This article requires WP Job Manager – Reviews to be installed and activated.
To set custom review categories simply visit ” Listings > Settings > Reviews“. Once here you can create new labels for each category by adding each one to a new line.
Categories are per-review so if there are existing reviews with categories those will not be updated to the new categories. This is the intended behavior.
